What's Appening: Knots 3D - Janet Hall, Anchor
BIRMINGHAM, AL (WBRC) - Boy Scouts aren't the only ones who need to learn how to tie knots. The Knots 3D app is a great teacher with animated instructions for 101 knots in 18 categories.
Have you ever heard of a highway man's hitch, a fisherman's eye or a monkey's fist? You can learn to tie all of them with Knots 3D.
You simply follow an animated string that turns into the knot. You can follow along with your own string and slow down the animation to your speed until you get it right. The only thing this app is missing is a merit badge.
